You mean avatar, right? Just move your mouse over to your username on the top navigation bar towards the right and the drop down will open. It has all the useful links including "Avatar". Click on that and a pop-up will open allowing you to upload an image for your avatar...

I agree with that. It's the courteous thing to do but it does seem America is moving so fast and we have so little time to really get to know one another. Rowdy
Actually it seems like that on most places to me... That is why I love the countryside... generally more friendlier people there
people in the cities who are born in big cities and been brought up there always love the country side more as they have never really experienced what life is in the country side, well since i am from a really small town myself i dont hav that problem,
I have seen a lot of cities... and too much concrete... wish I could live in a small town myself... Maybe some day...
